Can you send me a catalog of your store's lingerie?

Lingerie Brat offers seasonal catalogs with featured items. Our full catalog of items is only offered online.

What is your return policy?

We hope you enjoy your new Lingerie Brat merchandise, but if you are not satisfied, we will gladly help you return your items new and unworn item(s) for store credit, refund, or exchange. All qualifying return merchandise must returned to Lingerie Brat within 30 days of purchase. Please view excluded items below. There are separate return/exchange policies in place for Holiday items Halloween, Christmas and Valentine’s Day. All costume purchases made during September 24 – November 1, 2020 can be returned for Store Credit Only and returned within 30 days of purchase. All exclusions apply. There are no exchanges or refunds. Store credit can be applied to any product we offer and never expires. Store Credit cannot be applied to an existing order. Store Credit must be used at the time of purchase. Exclusions to Return policy: • Lingerie Brat does not accept returns of items that have been worn or subjected to destructive conditions. • Items not returned in original condition are not eligible for refund, store credit, or exchange. • Items that have been laundered. • Unsealed Panties • Unsealed Hosiery • Unsealed body stockings • Wigs • Items with tags removed. • Items that smell of cigarette smoke, body odor or perfume. • Items that have lotion or body glitter on them. • Items that have human & animal/pet hair on them. • Items that are soiled or stained. • Items not returned in original packaging. • Last Chance Sale items. The above items that are not eligible for returns and will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Where is my undelivered return package?

UPS usually returns a package within 1 week back to Lingerie Brat. USPS/Post and private international couriers can take up to 180 days if not longer before they are returned. Undeliverable, refused, and unclaimed packages are given no priority to be returned to Lingerie Brat but the service partner. Please be patient. Lingeriebrat will contact you when the package is returned.

Do you price match?

Lingerie Brat does offer a price guarantee. is committed to having the lowest prices on the internet for Halloween costumes, lingerie, ravewear and every other product that we sell. Lingerie Brat guarantees that this is the lowest price available online. Beware, many websites are selling cheap imitation knockoffs. Lingerie Brat only sells genuine brand merchandise. If you feel we have failed our commitment Price guarantees must be requested online prior to purchase. We do not price guarantee after the purchase has been made. You must request prior to your purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

Lingerie Brat does not accept personal checks. Lingerie Brat accepts most major debit or credit cards through Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, and Pay Pal. We accept some Pre-paid cards; American Express gift cards tend to be more reliable. We do not offer COD, money order, or pay by check.

Do you offer guaranteed shipping?

UPS & United States Postal Service Priority Mail Express® options are guaranteed unless noted above in the Ship Time Delivery Date Box. • Guaranteed delivery does not apply in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond Lingeriebrat’s control – such as customer/recipient unavailability, incomplete or wrong address, mechanical delays, weather delays and natural disasters. • Guaranteed delivery will be subject to geographic shipping restrictions that may apply to locations. Hawaii & Alaska do not offer a guaranteed overnight method. • Tracking information is provided via email if the customer provided a valid email address. • All orders received by 4 PM Pacific Time will ship on the same day Monday thru Friday* not including Holidays. *Overnight Saturday Delivery exception please see below : • Lingerie Brat’s Premium Shipping is an average not a guaranteed method.

What is your Valentine's Day Return Policy?

Returns of Valentine’s themed items purchased between January 15th and February 14th (of each year) must be post marked by February 24th (of the same year) to be eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

How soon will my order ship?

We do our best to get you your order as quickly as possible. Except for weekends and shipping holidays, we ship all orders before 4pm Pacific time.

What is your Christmas return policy?

Returns of Christmas themed items purchased between November 21st and December 31st (of each year) must be post marked by January 7th (of the following year) to be eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

When will I receive a refund?

If you selected refund, we will credit your account when your return is processed Free Exchanges- you can use the USPS return label free of charge Free Returns and Free Shipping on replacement. If you selected Exchange, you will be able to exchange for the same item in a different size or color. You cannot exchange for a different item, but you can select store credit or refund to purchase a new item. We will exchange and ship your new item within 3 business days of receipt of return products. We will ship the replacement item(s) free of charge with our Premium Shipping method.

I received the wrong item

First we want to to apologize for the inconvenience. Please verify that the item was not listed on your order confirmation and packing slip. Please contact Lingerie Brat Customer Care ASAP with the product name and item number of what you did not receive. And if you can locate the product # on the packaging of what you did receive. The Lingerie Brat Customer Care team will take care of this for your right away.

How can i get free shipping

If you are located within the United States and your order is meets our minimum value requirement, you will receive FREE Flat Rate Shipping. By selecting this option, the order will be received in approximately 2 – 4 business days depending on the location.
