Returns & Refunds
For a full refund of the product purchase price, your order must be received within 30 days of purchase. Shipping costs are only refundable in the event Lingeriebrat.com made a mistake with your order or the product is defective in some way. (an example of this is if you received a damaged item or the product is not what you ordered). We do not accept items that are opened or in which the packaging is damaged in any way for a refund.
A refund will be processed with our RMA (return merchandise authorization) included in the packaging and written on the box. All returns will be received at our customer service address as listed on our contact page. You will be provided with an email confirmation with our RMA number prior to shipping back to us.
Due to your bank, our bank, or any other financial institution that’s involved, refunds may take up to 4 weeks before they appear on your bank statement. most refunds will process in 10-15 days.

Again, we will not accept any returns for a refund without the all-important RMA.
Our shipping department is working hard to make sure your Lingerie Brat purchase gets to you in a timely, undamaged fashion. Your shipping cost is calculated based on the price, weight, and delivery timeframe you selected upon checkout.
Shipping, Handling And Processing
Charges are incurred differently for different products. Our Standard shipping typically takes 6 – 8 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
We provide you with an email confirmation and tracking number to follow your shipment for continual updates for orders in all 50 states.

We offer fast and free (provided you meet our order minimum for free shipping) shipping to anywhere in the United States. All items ship via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise stated. Please allow 3 to 4 business days for delivery after shipping, handling and processing. (3-5 days)
If your lingerie order is incorrect, defective, or damaged when you receive it. we will exchange your item at no additional cost to you.
There are cases where you may not receive your refund within 14 days. In the case of delays extending past 14 business days, please contact us at [email protected] and notify us. Our support team will make every effort to resolve this right away.
